Huffman Machining Solutions is a small, yet growing Machine Shop located in Newland, North Carolina. The company was started by owner Chris Huffman in 2020 to manufacture components for old equipment, specifically steam locomotives. In 2022, we began expanding by purchasing machining equipment and moving to a more industrial shop environment. While our focus is on historic preservation, we also offer various manufacturing and design services to local companies and individuals alike who need a solution for their product and production issues.
