Asheville Thermoform Plastics offers complete custom vacuum formed plastic component manufacturing services from engineering and design through prototyping and tool making to full scale production. Our engineers use SolidWorks 3D modeling so customers can visualize their product before investing. Asheville Thermofom Plastics is a privately owned company small enough to respond quickly to your inquiry and offer short leads times with capability to produce everything from small lightweight packaging trays to heavy parts for industrial applications.

Mold Making specializing in Water cooled aluminum tooling is available for complex or high volume parts, while wood or epoxy molds may be utilized at lower cost for prototyping / testing or low production volume parts.
Molding specializing in We offer 2 light gauge roll-fed thermoformers and 2 heavy gauge vacuum form machine capable of forming material up to 48 x 96 inches.
